Terms of Service

Please read through thoroughly!

COMMISSIONS
1. You may use the purchased art as avatars, icons, banners, wallpapers, etc. WITH proper credit to the artist (Me!). Credit my Toyhouse or Instagram.
2. I have the right to use the commission for my portfolio, posting and work examples.
3. I have the right to decline if I feel uncomfortable with the commission.
4. I require a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remainder of payment is due upon the completion and delivery of the commission.
5. Turn around time is approximately 1 - 3 weeks depending on the commission's complexity and position in the queue.
6. Do not use commissioned artwork for NFTs, AI, or resale
7. Payment is sent through Ko-fi or PayPal as USD.────﹒♱﹒────ADOPTS
- You can redesign them (so long as they look recognizable), and rename them.
- Credit me as the original designer of the adopt.
- If you sell or trade the adopt, trade/sell for the same value that you got it for, nothing more unless there is commission work that adds value.
- I can do a hold on an adopt for 1 month. Open to payment plans as well.
- You must have a TH account to own a design of mine.
- My designs have a month cooldown for resale.
